Returns - Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the online store Manager at +30 2310 472794 or by e-mail at [email protected] to cancel it.
Suppose you discover that the product is not the one you wanted. In that case, our company allows you to return it within fourteen (14) days of delivery, only if unused and in its original condition. If the product was used, the return should not get accepted. Also, Access Fashion does not receive products when the original packaging is destroyed or tampered with. If the return does not occur within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or if any of the conditions for returns are unfulfilled, ACCESS SA has the right not to accept the return of the products.
Before returning the product, you must first contact the online store manager.
Then you can:
· Change the product through the online store, informing us about the new product you want. Then return the package with the product, enclosing your receipt or a copy.
· Receive a refund. The refund is deposited either in your Credit - Debit Card or PAYPAL depending on the payment method used.
The retail sales receipt must accompany all returns.
The customer shall bear the payment and shipping costs (courier and bank remittance charges) in all the above cases.
Shipments to Non-EU countries
All shipping costs, customs duties and taxes and certain customs clearance expenses concerning returns of shipments outside the European Union are borne by the customer. Therefore, customs clearance and shipping costs will vary from country to country. After the parcel is re-imported, cleared and delivered to ACCESS FASHION, you will receive a notification of the overall cost. If the value of products returned exceeds the expenses incurred, the difference will be in your charge. Otherwise, you will receive an extra charge for the supplementary costs.
